Salmon is a warm coral-pink with real orange in it, close to the last light of a summer sunset over the water.

Made from 100% super soft polyester in our thickest weight (20 ply, Jumbo 7), it suits a beach house cushion or throw, a warm-toned nursery blanket, or a piece paired with cream, sage and dove grey.

It also makes a good plush flamingo or other coastal-themed toy. Machine washable and easy to maintain, so it copes with real beach house use, not just decoration.

This is one of our most popular colours for a chunky blanket, whether you're using needles, a hook, or arm knitting it by hand. The jumbo 20 ply weight in Salmon means big, fast rows and a finished throw in a fraction of the time a standard hand knitting yarn would take.
