We accept all the major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. We offer Direct Deposit, GooglePay and ApplePay too!

If you need a little longer to pay, we offer payment via Afterpay, Zip & Klarna.
Upon checkout, you will have options for Regular Post and Express Post, along with an estimated timeframe for delivery. If you'd like an estimate you can check out our Estimated Delivery Times here, also we will provide tracking information once your order is dispatched for a more accurate delivery timeframe.
Unfortunately not! At the moment we only send within Australia.
If you’re located in Australia, standard shipping is free on all orders over $60. For orders under $60, standard shipping is $9.99.

Multiple shipping options are available at check out. This includes Express Shipping so you can receive your order even FASTER! 
Once you place your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation - then once it's been packed and dispatched you will receive another email from us with a tracking link & tracking number. You can simply click the link, or visit the Australia Post website for live tracking plus an estimate delivery date.
It's a good idea to check your spam/junk emails if you haven't received any email from us.
Please be very careful when entering your delivery address as we usually pick & pack orders the same day, sometimes within a few hours. Once it's left our warehouse its difficult to update or change delivery addresses.
If you have accidently entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, please contact us immediately via email . We will do our best to update it, or contact Australia Post to have it redirected.
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

We also offer Paypal, Afterpay, Zip & Klarna  - all these options store your payment information securely and we don't hold any personal information that you provide to these third party payment providers.
We accept Afterpay, ZipPay & Klarna. You can select any of these options at Checkout.

Our website is updated live with the quantity that our warehouse is holding, so for example - we won't allow you to order 14 of something when we only have 10 left in stock.
The reason for this, is our orders are picked and packed daily and we don't want to delay the delivery process.
If you can't for whatever reason order the quantity you need, in this instance please contact us and there will be a good chance we can fulfil your order within a week or so.
Our Warehouse & Customer Service are based in Brisbane, Queensland. Discount Craft is online only and not open to the public.
All products are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse. We don't drop ship and all our products are kept in stock. We have found this is the best way to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Yes, absolutely. We offer 60 day returns on all products that are unused and still in their original packaging. For more information or to start the returns process, you can check our returns page.
Unfortunately we don't provide patterns for Knitting Yarn / Crochet and we can't estimate how much yarn you would need for a particular project. The reason for this is that there are way too many variables between different types of patterns and yarn (even with the brands we stock).
We always suggest purchasing more than what you think you will need to ensure you get the same dye lot. We can't guarantee dye lots will be the same next time you purchase.
