Refund policy

Faulty Goods
Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods. Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Discount Craft within three (3) days of the receipt of the order. A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany returned items.

All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be allowed.

The customer is responsible for the return of goods back to us, including any costs incurred in the return of such goods. Discount Craft can not accept any liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us whilst in transit. Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused.

Change of Mind
For returns where the Product is subject to a change of mind and has been unused and unopened you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase, however a restocking fee of 20% will apply. If the goods were sent under 'Free Shipping' the original freight cost will be recovered by Discount Craft and deducted from the store credit. To qualify for this return policy you must comply with the directions for returning the product that Discount Craft staff provide to you.

We unfortunately cannot accept change of mind returns on pens and markers.

Yarn Dye Lots & Patterns - IMPORTANT

We always suggest purchasing more than what you will think you need to ensure you get the same dye lot. We can never guarantee that dye lots will be the same next time you purchase from us. Some of our products have dye lots changing every 2 weeks.
Refunds & Returns are not accepted if you are not happy with the dye lot you received or it was different from a previous dye lot sent to you.
Unfortunately we don't provide patterns for Knitting Yarn / Crochet and we can't estimate how much yarn you would need for a particular project. The reason for this is that there are way too many variables between different types of patterns and yarn (even with the brands we stock).

This policy is the same regardless of where you purchase from online or any retail store - nobody can guarantee the sell through of a particular product or dye lot, when it's available to purchase by the general public. Thank you for understanding.
