All unused items in their original condition purchased from Discount Craft is eligible for a full refund less any postage charges incurred by us.
Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.
Please follow these steps:
1. Contact us via email
With your order number, products you wish to return, tracking number (if available) and whether you want a refund or store credit (see step 3) so we can expect your return. Failure to do so will delay your return.
2. Return the items
You are required to return the items to warehouse at your own cost. You, the buyer, are responsible for the return method and the costs incurred. We will only return the full amount if the items arrive at our store or warehouse undamaged.
3. Receive your refund
We will process your refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving the items.
Note any postage charges incurred by us are unable to be refunded.
Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge. All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods. Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Discount Craft within three (3) days of the receipt of the order. A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany returned items.
For goods that are under warranty, the items must be returned to us within 14 days of a claim. We can not be responsible for goods that are returned to us outside of the warranty period. Depending on the product, we may refund/replace under warranty if within a 3 month period.
All items returned are subject to individual inspection. Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be allowed.
