Disco Nights Sparkle Yarn 100g - Sodalite

Think midnight dance floor, dark blue and glittering. Sodalite is a rich dark blue and sparkle runs right through the yarn so it flashes and glimmers as you work.

It's part of the Disco Nights Sparkle range, a sparkle-infused blend of acrylic and polyester in a versatile 8ply (DK) weight. It works just as well on knitting needles as on a crochet hook, and with about 250m in every 100g ball there's plenty to play with.

What will you make? Dark blue sparkle is a natural choice for scarves, beanies and cowls that dress up an everyday outfit, and for mittens and wraps with a little party-season glamour. It's also good for cushions and festive makes. Keep the stitches simple, like garter stitch, stocking stitch or basic double crochet, and let the sparkle do the work.

Mix it up: Sodalite pairs well with other shades from the range for striped or colour-blocked projects, or with a plain yarn for contrast. If you're using more than one ball, check they're from the same dye lot.

Looking after your makes: warm hand wash or warm gentle machine wash, cold rinse well, and dry flat in shade. Don't tumble dry, iron or bleach. Dry cleanable. When following a pattern, always use the recommended needle size.
